Being a teenager can mean navigating enormous change while everyone around you expects you to already have it figured out.

If you're a young person looking for a space that's genuinely yours, or a parent wanting support for your teen, this is a good place to start.

I've spent 15 years working specifically with adolescents: not adults, not families as a side note, but young people as the primary focus. That's a deliberate choice, because the adolescent experience needs its own approach, not a scaled down adult one.

I Work With: Individuals | Families

Age: Teens (16+) | Adults

Languages: English | Serbian

I work with young people (and their families) on navigating:

Anxiety, Depression & Self-Esteem: support built specifically around the adolescent experience.

Family Dynamics: working with teens and, where helpful, the people around them.

Cultural Identity: a culturally sensitive space for teens from any background to feel understood, not just tolerated.

You don't need the right words for what's going on before you start. Most young people don't, and that's completely normal.

What working together looks like

I take a person centred approach, which means you set the pace and I follow your lead rather than the other way around.

I am passionate about creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their personal journey with confidence.

In 15 years working specifically with adolescents, I've found that trust matters more than technique at the start. Most young people need to feel genuinely heard before anything else is useful.

From there, sessions build toward real confidence in handling whatever's going on, at school, at home, or in your own head.

You don't need to have everything worked out before reaching out.

Whether you're a young person looking for support, or a parent wanting to better understand your teen, we'll begin wherever you are.
