Whether you're booking your first appointment, or returning to counselling, we're here to make the experience clear, simple and welcoming.

Starting counselling can bring a mix of emotions. You may be feeling hopeful, uncertain or simply wondering what to expect.

Our aim is to make the process as straightforward as possible, so you can focus on finding the right support.

What Happens After I Book?

After booking your appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email with everything you need before your first session, including your Zoom link, any forms to complete and information about what to expect.

Your first appointment is an opportunity to get to know your counsellor, talk about what's brought you to counselling and discuss what you hope to achieve.

There is no expectation that you need to have everything figured out before you begin. The first session is simply the beginning of a conversation.

Session Costs

We strive to make quality mental health care accessible and transparent. Our current session pricing is as follows:

  • Individual session (50 minutes): $180

  • Couples session (50 minutes): $250
