Maybe it's anxiety that won't let up.

Maybe it's ADHD, and the constant effort of trying to keep up in a world that wasn't built for your brain.

Maybe it's something quieter - a feeling that you've been living as a version of yourself that no longer fits.

You don't need to know what to call it yet. Just come as you are.

Having spent much of my adult life abroad, and drawing on both professional training and personal experience of navigating identity and neurodivergence, I bring a lived understanding of belonging and change to my work.

I'm passionate about creating a safe, affirming, non-pathologising space for people from all walks of life, including the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and those from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Before training as a counsellor, I spent years in mental health research and clinical trials. That gives me a grounded, evidence-informed lens alongside a genuine curiosity about what truly helps a particular person - beyond what the research alone can show.

I Work With: Individuals

Age: Adults

Languages: English

I work with people navigating:

Identity & Authenticity: understanding and embracing who you truly are, including identity that has shifted over time, and building a life that reflects your values rather than others' expectations.

ADHD & Neurodivergence: particularly helping late diagnosed adults make sense of their history and build a life that works with their nervous system, not against it.

Anxiety & Burnout: the patterns, triggers, and nervous system responses that keep anxiety and exhaustion cycling, and building practical pathways toward regulation and sustainable wellbeing.

Relationship & Boundary Patterns: the relational patterns that affect connection, trust, and self-worth, with partners, family, or colleagues.

If none of that quite matches what's going on for you: that's genuinely fine. A lot of people arrive thinking they're here for one thing and discover the real work is somewhere else entirely.

We start with what's actually true for you, not a category.

What working together looks like

Sessions are collaborative and unhurried, making space to notice the signals your body is sending you, and what they may be trying to tell us.

Many clients find that the first few sessions are about slowing down enough to notice their own patterns.

From there, the work tends to move toward practical regulation strategies alongside a deeper understanding of why those patterns developed in the first place.

I draw on CBT, ACT, person centred, IFS informed and somatic approaches, adapting to what's useful for you rather than fitting you to one fixed model.

Progress often looks less like a dramatic turning point and more like steadily feeling more like yourself.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or a deeper question of identity and authenticity, you don't have to keep pushing through alone.
