Maybe trust feels hard to hold onto: with a partner, your family, or yourself. Maybe you're carrying something from the past that still shapes how safe you feel today, or navigating a relationship with alcohol or other drugs that feels more complicated than the people around you understand. Whatever's brought you here, you can take things at your own pace and share only what feels right, when you're ready.

I work with people navigating:

Attachment & Relationship Patterns: the patterns that affect trust, connection, and self-worth, including couples work.

Trauma & PTSD: processing past experiences and building resilience, at your pace.

Alcohol & Other Drugs: practical, compassionate, non-judgemental support, drawing on a background in AOD work.

Grief & Loss: compassionate support through bereavement and life transitions.

If what's going on for you doesn't fit neatly into any of that, come anyway. A lot of what brings people to counselling doesn't look like its label at first.

What working together looks like

I draw on attachment based, trauma focused, CBT, and person centred approaches, and I tailor the pace and structure to you, including couples sessions, where the work is often as much about the pattern between two people as it is about either person individually. Many clients notice that having a genuinely non-judgemental space changes what they're able to say out loud, often for the first time.

A bit about me

My background spans social work, mental health, and AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) work, which shapes a practical as well as compassionate approach. I provide culturally safe, affirming care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and speak Macedonian. I see individuals and couples, teens as well as adults.

I'm a Master's qualified, ACA Level 2 accredited counsellor. Sessions run online.
